There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Wilson, Pruitt, Gattis, Josephson, Tilton, Millett, Talerico, and LeDoux: Page 2, line 5, following "dismissed": Insert "and were not dismissed as part of a plea agreement in another criminal case under Rule 11, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure" 2015-04-08 House Journal Page 0778 Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSSHB 11(JUD) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSSHB 11(JUD) am was read the third time. Representative Josephson moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Josephson was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSSSHB 11(JUD) am pass the House?"
